How to apply

Applying for a Chevening Scholarship requires choosing your nation from the dropdown menu at www.chevening.org/apply. Following submission, your application will be evaluated in relation to Chevening's qualifying requirements. Independent reading committees will then evaluate those applications that are judged qualified and compile a longlist of candidates.

Should you make the short list, you will be asked to send references and show up for an interview at the British high commission or embassy in the nation where you applied. A panel of English-speaking interviewers will probe you about your career and personal objectives and how a Chevening Scholarship might support them during these in-person interviews. What is the deadline for applications?
